1. Part-time Startup Attorney

This part-time remote position seeks a Startup Attorney to provide specialized legal counsel to early-stage and growth technology startups, focusing on startup investment and financing transactions—including the review and negotiation of SAFEs, Convertible Notes, Preferred Stock Purchase Agreements, and related instruments. The attorney will also advise on cross-border corporate structuring, particularly FLIP transactions between Korean and U.S. corporations, and guide startups through the complexities of attracting U.S. and global venture capital investment.

2. Part-time Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a corporate attorney to support our corporate matters, with responsibilities including drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial business agreements.

Candidates will have 1+ years of experience and be a graduate of a law school.
Salary scale commensurate with experience and committed working hours.
Candidates must have ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Attorneys are reviewed bi-annually and are considered for a discretionary year-end bonus.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in the United States - California (strongly preferred).
Candidates who is able to speak Korean is strongly preferred.

We recruit third-year law students and LL.M. students for post-graduate employment who are interested in startup practice areas.

We are seeking an individual in pursuit of their law degree to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a multitude of areas of the law including contracts, corporate, intellectual property, and compliance. You must have completed a Bachelors degree and have completed at least one year of law school pursuing J.D. degree.

1. Clerical Assistant

We are seeking a part-time clerical assistant to support our billing team.

Typing reports, letters and other business documents
Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees
Issuing invoices and following up outstanding payments
Salary scale commensurate with experience. ($26-$28 per hour)
