We are seeking staff attorneys to support our corporate matters, with responsibilities including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and NDAs, assisting with the drafting and filing of Delaware or California incorporation certificates requirements and other related duties.

Candidates will have 1+ years of experience and be a graduate of a law school.
Salary scale commensurate with experience and committed working hours.
Staff attorneys are reviewed bi-annually and are considered for a discretionary year-end bonus.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in the United States - California (strongly preferred).
Candidates who is able to speak Korean is strongly preferred.

We offer a hybrid remote working model, which allows you a flexible work schedule. You do not need to work full-time nor work in the office.

We recruit third-year law students and LL.M. students for post-graduate employment who are interested in startup practice areas.

We are seeking an individual in pursuit of their law degree to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a multitude of areas of the law including contracts, corporate, intellectual property, and compliance. You must have completed a Bachelors degree and have completed at least one year of law school pursuing J.D. degree.

1. Video Contents Manager

We are seeking a part-time video contents manager to support our marketing team, with responsibilities including, editing and uploading our video contents across multiple channels (e.g. YouTube, etc.) and other related duties.

Candidates will have 1+ years of experience in video editing.
Salary scale commensurate with experience. ($27-$33 per hour)
Staff members are reviewed bi-annually and are considered for a discretionary year-end bonus.
Candidates who is able to speak Korean is strongly preferred.

2. Clerical Assistant

We are seeking a part-time clerical assistant to support our billing team.

Typing reports, letters and other business documents
Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees
Answering telephone calls and emails and redirecting them to other employees when appropriate
Issuing invoices and following up outstanding payments
Salary scale commensurate with experience. ($23-$28 per hour)
