Mr. Byungjoon Park is an experienced litigation attorney specializing in property disputes involving both U.S. and South Korean Jurisdictions. After graduating from Berkeley Law with an LL.M. and passing the California Bar Exam in 2024, Mr. Park has established himself as a meticulous and results-driven practitioner. Prior to transitioning to the U.S. legal system, Mr. Park practiced law in South Korea for over eight years. His legal career began in South Korea, where he graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He gained invaluable insights into the judicial process as a law clerk at the Seoul High Court. Subsequently, he worked at Kim & Chang, one of South Korea's premier law firms, where he managed high-stakes litigation for multinational clients, developing strategies that consistently delivered favorable outcomes.
